The chair was covered with so many stains, it looked like a crime scene. I barely slept as I worried I'd catch a bug. Reservations: Expect to have to call and leave a message for a manager to return your call days later with your confirmation number Check-in: Expect lackluster service, complete annoyance by the staff working the desk, chaos as they move you from one counter to another to "manage" traffic flow Room - filthy furniture. If it weren't for the discounted rate for the event I was attending, I would never have agreed to stay here. ![]() From booking the room to checking out, everything was an utter annoyance and disappointment. There is not much that is positive about this hotel. ![]()
